Overlooking the Kingsbridge–Salcombe Estuary, this 1920s estate was reconfigured from separate fishing cottages into a single residence with ten bedrooms and nine bathrooms. The design preserves its historic character through exposed timber beams, open fireplaces and
parquet flooring.
